Edwin Ochagwuba is a renowned Disaster Management and Safety Expert. He holds a Ph.D in Disaster Risk Management and a Ph.D in Public Security and Terrorism Studies while pursuing another Ph.D in Security and Strategic Studies at the Post Graduate School of the Prestigious Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna.
Dr. Edwin Ochagwuba sits on the board of the following International Bodies: Chartered Institute of Disaster and Safety Managers (World Leading Disaster Management Professionals) United State of America; Global Intelligence, Peace and Security Institute, United State of America and Africa Society for Disaster Risk Managers. He served in the Nigerian Army for 17 years and retired into private life in 2017. He is the lead international Consultant in Africa for Certified Disaster and Safety Professionals (CDSP) Program of the CIDSM – United States of America. He has over 20 professional fellowships in disaster, security and safety from foreign and local institutions to his credit. Dr. Ochagwuba has numerous publications in both local and international journals to his credit and is also a Governing Council Member of many professional bodies in Nigeria.
His core area of interest is service to humanity. He is currently the Registrar/CEO, Institute of Disaster Management and Safety Science, Nigeria and Chairman Board of Directors- International Academy of Disaster and Safety Professionals; Dimsi Business School; Dimsi Intl College of Health Sciences; Dimsi Humanitarian Foundation; Dimsi College of Education and Technology; Bwari School of Entrepreneurship and Skill Acquisition amongst others. He is married and blessed with a great family.
Donatus Emeka Makata Ph.D.

A Soldier turned Author, Inspirator, Health cum Public Security Expert, Donatus Emeka Makata, popularly known as Don Makata, is a Prince from the family of His Royal Highness Igwe Emeka Ogbali of Ogrugu Kingdom, Uzo-Uwani LGA via Nsukka, Enugu State.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND), in Health Records Admin and Bio-Statistics; Bachelor Environmental Education; Advanced Diploma in Security Operations and Management; Professional Fellowship in Peace and Conflict and a Professional Fellowship in Public Health and Safety. He also holds a PGD in International Relations, Master’s degree in Strategic Studies and International Relations and also Master’s degree in Health Management, from Benue State University, among others.
Don Makata holds a Ph.D in Public Security and Terrorism Studies at Littoral University, Benin Republic and was conferred with the Prestigious Professional Doctorate Award in Disaster Management and Safety by the Chartered Institute of Disaster and Safety Managers, USA, in 2019. He is a Chartered Disaster Manager and Chartered Safety and Security Manager, and belongs to several professional bodies, some of which are: Member, Association of Health Information Management Practitioners of Nigeria (AHIMPN); Fellow/Governing Council Member, Institute of Disaster Management and Safety Science (FDIMSS); Fellow, Association of Disaster Management without Borders (FADM); Fellow and Certified, Floodplain Manager (F.FMgr); Fellow, Association of Counterterrorism/Security Professionals-USA; Fellow, Climate Change Professionals (FCCP) and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Disaster and Safety Managers-USA.
Dr. Don Emeka Makata, is an erudite scholar, fitness expert, and a trained monitoring and evaluation specialist who has written and published about 11 books cutting across disciplines. He was in 2017, posted from National Defence College Abuja, to the Nigerian Army School of Medical Sciences, Ojo-Lagos as Senior Lecturer in Health Information Management Department and voluntarily disengaged from the Nigerian Army in April 2019 after about 32 years and 20 days in service.
Operationally, he has served as a Peace Keeper under the ECOMOG Operation in Sierra Leone, West Africa and UNOSOM Operation in Somalia, in East Africa. Don Makata, a friend of the Earth, happily married and blessed with wonderful children is currently, the Acting Rector of the International Academy of Disaster and Safety Professionals with Headquarters in Abuja.
SUKANA DANJUMA TUSHA

Sukana Danjuma Tusha is an astute and experienced Institute Administrator. He holds a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Mathematics and Geography from the Federal College of Education (FCE), Zaria; a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration with specialization in Actuarial Science from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance from the University of Maiduguri. Sukana Danjuma Tusha who bagged a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Finance from the Nasarawa State University Keffi, is a Professional par excellence. He is a Fellow, Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management; Fellow, Institute of Corporate and Public Administrators of Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Strategic Entrepreneurs of Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Strategic Public Negotiation; Fellow, Institute of Disaster Management and Safety Science; Fellow, Institute of Creative and Innovative Management of Nigeria (ICIMN); Member, Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria; Member, Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management and Senior Member, Chartered Institute of Global Communication and Diplomacy. He has worked with NICON Insurance Plc, North East Regional Headquarters, Maiduguri, Borno State, and was the Pioneer and immediate past Registrar/Secretary to Council, Chartered Institute of Global Communication and Diplomacy (2013 to 2017). He is the current Registrar and Secretary to Council, Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (2017 till date). He is married and blessed with a happy home.
Abdullahi Akyo Owuse

Abdullahi Owuse Akyo holds a National Diploma in Accounting from the Plateau State Polytechnic; a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna; a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance from the Nasarawa State University, Keffi. Abdullahi Owuse Akyo obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Finance from the Nasarawa State University Keffi.
A Fellow, Certified National Accountant (FCNA) with the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Abdullahi Owuse Akyo worked as an Internal Auditor and Head of Internal Audit at the Vocational and Relevant Technology Board. He has also served as Senior Internal Auditor and H.O.D Internal Audit at the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi and also as Principal Internal Auditor and Head of Audit Department at the Nasarawa State College of Education, Akwanga.
He then worked as Assistant Chief and Chief Internal Auditor; Chief Accountant and later as Bursar for 10 years all at the Nasarawa State Polytechnic.
Dr. Abdullahi Owuse Akyo is married and blessed with Children.
